Allnutrition CRE1 (PRO Series) is a flavoured creatine drink based on Creapure® – German-made, high-purity creatine monohydrate – with potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, vitamin B6 and thiamine.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g).
Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser

Per 6 g serving: creapure® Creatine Monohydrate 3409 mg, of which creatine 3000 mg, potassium 300 mg (15% NRV), magnesium 100 mg (27% NRV), vitamin B6 1.4 mg (100% NRV), thiamine 1.1 mg.

Ingredients: Creapure® creatine monohydrate, potassium citrate, magnesium salts of citric acid, flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid, sweetener: sucralose, stabilizing substance: xanthan gum, colouring agents: carotenes, vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride).

Användning

Adults: dissolve 6 g (1 scoop) in 200 ml of water or juice. Do not exceed 1 serving a day.
