Adults: 1 pack a day with a meal; in hard training, 2 packs a day with meals. Suitable for continuous use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. High-dose formula: provides vitamin B6 and zinc above the EFSA tolerable upper intake levels and 100 µg vitamin D – do not combine with other multivitamins.
