Trace Minerals Magnesium Glycinate (large pack) provides 120 mg of elemental magnesium per flavourless, easy-to-swallow capsule. Magnesium bisglycinate is magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine – a form that is gentle on the stomach. A small amount of ConcenTrace® trace minerals from Great Salt Lake seawater is added.

Ingredienser
Per capsule: magnesium (bisglycinate) 120 mg (32% NRV); ConcenTrace® trace minerals 50 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (capsule), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
Allergens: none known.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule 1–3 times a day with water, e.g. in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition (especially kidney disease). High intakes of magnesium may have a laxative effect. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
