Trace Minerals Magnesium Glycinate provides 120 mg of elemental magnesium per flavourless, easy-to-swallow capsule. Magnesium bisglycinate is magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine – a form that is gentle on the stomach. A small amount of ConcenTrace® trace minerals from Great Salt Lake seawater is added.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser
Per capsule: magnesium (bisglycinate) 120 mg (32% NRV); ConcenTrace® trace minerals 50 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (capsule), anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
Allergens: none known.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule 1–3 times a day with water, e.g. in the evening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition (especially kidney disease). High intakes of magnesium may have a laxative effect. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
