Swanson Zinc Picolinate provides 22 mg of zinc bound to picolinic acid, a natural chelator. Zinc is an essential trace mineral found in meat, shellfish, seeds and whole grains.

Ingredienser

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
