Swanson Zinc Citrate provides 30 mg of elemental zinc from zinc citrate, a well-tolerated organic salt of zinc. Take it with a meal – zinc on an empty stomach can upset sensitive stomachs.

Zinc contributes to normal acid-base metabolism, normal carbohydrate metabolism and normal DNA synthesis.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and vision.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: zinc (citrate) 30 mg (300% NRV).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
