Swanson Vitamins D3 & K2 pairs Vitashine™ – vegan vitamin D3 obtained from lichen – with vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) sourced from chickpeas, so it is soy-free. One small vegetarian capsule a day.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal blood clotting.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: vitamin D3 (Vitashine™ cholecalciferol from lichen) 50 µg (1000% NRV); vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) 75 µg (100% NRV).

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, silica, corn starch.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
