Swanson Real Food Vitamin K2 Maximum Strength provides 200 µg of menaquinone-7 (MK-7) derived from natto, a fermented soybean food from Japan. MK-7 stays in the bloodstream much longer than vitamin K1, and Western diets contain very little of it.

Ingredienser
Per softgel: vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7 from natto – fermented soy) 200 µg (267% NRV).
Other ingredients: sunflower oil, gelatin, glycerin, dicalcium phosphate, beeswax, purified water, sunflower lecithin, caramel colour.
Contains sulphites.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 softgel a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
