Beskrivelse

Swanson Valerian Root Extract combines valerian root extract standardised to 0.8% valerenic acid with powdered whole valerian root (Valeriana officinalis). Valerian is one of the best-known evening herbs of European tradition, recognisable by its characteristic earthy smell.

Ingredienser

Per 2 capsules: valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) 700 mg; valerian root extract (0.8% valerenic acid) 400 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), maltodextrin, calcium silicate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1–2 capsules 30 minutes before bedtime with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
