Osavi Magnesium Balance & Relax combines magnesium citrate with zinc as OptiZinc® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate), vitamin B6 and L-aspartic acid, taken in the evening.
- Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
- Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.
- Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function.

Ingredienser
Per 3 capsules: magnesium (citrate) 375 mg (100% NRV); zinc (OptiZinc®) 15 mg (150% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 10.5 mg (750% NRV); L-aspartic acid 300 mg.
Other ingredients: magnesium salts of citric acid, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), inulin, OptiZinc® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulphate, natural vanilla flavouring).
Allergens: none.
Anvendelse
Adults: 3 capsules a day, one hour before bedtime with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
