Swanson Triple Magnesium Complex Powder combines three forms of magnesium – oxide, aspartate and citrate – in a concentrated, unflavoured powder that mixes into water or a clear drink. A single small 1.36 g scoop supplies 400 mg of magnesium, and a tub lasts a long time.

Ingredienser
Per scoop (1.36 g): magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium aspartate, magnesium citrate) 400 mg (107% NRV).

Anvendelse
Adults: 1 scoop (1.36 g) a day, dissolved in at least 250 ml of cold water or a clear drink, preferably with food. Half a scoop may be used for a lower dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. Must be dissolved before drinking; do not inhale the powder. Doses above 250 mg of supplemental magnesium a day may have a mild laxative effect. People with kidney disease should not use without medical advice. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
