Swanson Thyroid Essentials combines the nutrients most associated with the thyroid – iodine from kelp, selenium, zinc and copper – with B vitamins, L-tyrosine (the amino acid building block of thyroid hormones) and Coleus forskohlii root extract standardised to 10% forskolin.

Iodine and selenium contribute to normal thyroid function; iodine also to the normal production of thyroid hormones.
Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamins B6 and B12 and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Zinc and copper contribute to the normal function of the immune system.

Per capsule: thiamin 25 mg; riboflavin 25 mg; niacin (niacinamide) 25 mg NE; vitamin B6 25 mg; folate 40 µg DFE (25 µg folic acid); vitamin B12 25 µg; pantothenic acid 25 mg; iodine (kelp) 100 µg; magnesium (oxide) 25 mg; zinc (oxide) 25 mg; selenium (selenomethionine) 50 µg; copper (gluconate) 2 mg; L-tyrosine 150 mg; Coleus forskohlii root extract (10% forskolin) 50 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate.

Allergens: contains crustaceans and fish. Contains sulphites.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water; up to 2 capsules a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Advarsler

For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have low blood pressure, a bleeding disorder or stomach ulcers, or take prescription medication – especially for blood pressure, blood thinning, asthma or the thyroid. Stop use two weeks before surgery. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
