Per tablet: vitamin A (acetate) 1,500 µg (188% NRV); vitamin C 90 mg (113% NRV); vitamin D3 10 µg (200% NRV); vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopheryl succinate) 20 mg (167% NRV); vitamin K1 25 µg (33% NRV); thiamin 2.3 mg (209% NRV); riboflavin 2.6 mg (186% NRV); niacin (niacinamide) 20 mg NE (125% NRV); vitamin B6 3 mg (214% NRV); folic acid 392 µg (196% NRV); vitamin B12 9 µg (360% NRV); biotin 25 µg (50% NRV); pantothenic acid 10 mg (167% NRV); calcium (carbonate) 162 mg (20% NRV); iron (ferrous fumarate) 27 mg (193% NRV); iodine (potassium iodide) 150 µg (100% NRV); magnesium (oxide) 100 mg (27% NRV); zinc (sulphate) 15 mg (150% NRV); selenium (sodium selenate) 25 µg (45% NRV); copper (gluconate) 2 mg (200% NRV); manganese (sulphate) 5 mg (250% NRV); chromium (chloride) 25 µg (63% NRV); molybdenum (sodium molybdate) 25 µg (50% NRV); potassium (chloride) 60 mg (3% NRV).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, maltodextrin, film coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyethylene glycol), magnesium stearate.

Adults: 1 tablet a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contains vitamin A – women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not exceed the recommended dose or combine with other vitamin A supplements.
