Swanson Magnesium Citrate Powder is unflavoured, 100% magnesium citrate with no fillers – a well-absorbed organic form of magnesium that dissolves in warm water into a lightly tart drink. The dose is easy to adjust with the included scoop.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Anvendelse

Adults: ½ to 1 scoop (2.1–4.2 g) a day, dissolved in at least 250 ml of room-temperature or warm water, preferably with food. Start with half a scoop. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Advarsler

For adults only. Must be dissolved in water before drinking; do not inhale the powder. Contains a high dose of magnesium – may have a laxative effect; people with kidney disease should not use without medical advice. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
