Swanson L-Tryptophan provides 500 mg of free-form L-tryptophan, an essential amino acid that the body cannot make and must obtain from protein foods such as turkey, milk, oats and seeds. It is the dietary precursor of serotonin and melatonin. Each batch is tested for the absence of the historical contaminant 'Peak E'.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: L-tryptophan 500 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water, 30–60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
