Swanson Iron Citrate provides iron bound to citric acid in a vegetarian capsule – suitable for vegetarians and vegans, who get only non-haem iron from their diet.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin.
Iron contributes to normal oxygen transport in the body.
Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal function of the immune system.
Iron contributes to normal cognitive function.

Ingredienser

Per vegetarian capsule: iron (from iron citrate) 25 mg (179% NRV).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
