Swanson Ultimate Ashwagandha features KSM-66® – a full-spectrum extract made only from the root of certified organic ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), using a water-based process without alcohol or chemical solvents. Ashwagandha is one of the best-known herbs of Ayurveda.

Ingredienser
Per capsule: KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera, organic) 250 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a thyroid or autoimmune disorder. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication (especially sedatives, thyroid or immunosuppressive drugs) or have a liver condition; stop use if symptoms of liver problems appear.
