Swanson Albion Magnesium Glycinate Powder provides 400 mg of magnesium per 5 g scoop as Albion® magnesium bisglycinate chelate – a highly bioavailable form that is gentle on the digestive tract. The powder form allows flexible dosing without swallowing capsules. Albion® (Balchem) mineral amino acid chelates bind the mineral to glycine, a form that is gentle on the stomach and well absorbed.

Ingredienser
Per scoop (5 g): magnesium (Albion® magnesium bisglycinate chelate) 400 mg (107% NRV).
Other ingredients: citric acid, silica.
Anvendelse
Adults: mix 1 scoop (5 g) into 240 ml of water or juice once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
