Swanson Albion Magnesium Glycinate provides magnesium mainly as buffered Albion® magnesium bisglycinate chelate – a form known for being gentle on the digestive system. Albion® (Balchem) mineral amino acid chelates bind the mineral to glycine, a form that is gentle on the stomach and well absorbed.

Ingredienser
Per capsule: magnesium (Albion® buffered magnesium bisglycinate chelate, magnesium oxide) 133 mg (35% NRV).
Other ingredients: vegan capsule (hypromellose), citric acid, silica, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule up to 3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
