Skill Nutrition Magnesium Citrate provides magnesium as magnesium salts of citric acid – an organic, readily soluble form – together with vitamin B6 in its active coenzyme form, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P-5-P). Made in Latvia; suitable for vegan and halal diets.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Anvendelse

Adults: 3 capsules a day with a meal and a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
