Beskrivelse

Reflex Nutrition is a British sports nutrition brand (founded 1998) whose products are batch-tested under the Informed Sport programme. The Muscle Bomb® is Reflex's pre-workout: a blend of L-citrulline, beta-alanine, creatine, taurine and tyrosine with caffeine and vitamins (a caffeine-free version is available).

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine).

Ingredienser

Per serving (20 g): L-citrulline, beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, taurine, L-tyrosine, betaine, vitamins B6 and B12 – see label for exact amounts.

Other ingredients: acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), colours.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 serving (20 g) in 300–400 ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 1 serving a day; not within 6 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
