Per stick (12.18 g): L-citrulline 3 g; creatine monohydrate 2.5 g; beta-alanine 2 g; betaine anhydrous 1 g; L-tyrosine 1 g; caffeine anhydrous 200 mg; Himalayan rock salt 200 mg (sodium 75 mg).

Other ingredients: citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, malic acid, sucralose, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, acesulfame potassium, fruit and vegetable juice (colour).

Adults: mix the contents of 1 stick with 250–300 ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Max. 1 stick a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
