OstroVit Vitamin D3 4000 IU + K2 provides a high dose of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) together with vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 from natto.
- Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
- Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal muscle function.
- Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredienser
Per tablet: vitamin D3 100 µg / 4000 IU (2000% NRV); vitamin K2 (MK-7) 100 µg (133% NRV).
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, cholecalciferol, menaquinone-7, silicon dioxide.
Anvendelse
Adults over 75: 1 tablet a day with a meal. Consider a 25(OH)D blood test and consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if you are taking anticoagulants (vitamin K antagonists such as warfarin or acenocoumarol). High-dose vitamin D (4000 IU = 100 µg, the adult upper intake level) – do not combine with other vitamin D supplements; the manufacturer intends this strength for healthy adults over 75 or on medical advice.
