OstroVit Omega 3 D3 + K2 combines concentrated fish oil – 550 mg of EPA and DHA per capsule – with vitamin D3, vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 from natto, and vitamin E.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: fish oil 1000 mg, of which EPA 330 mg and DHA 220 mg; vitamin D3 50 µg / 2000 IU (1000% NRV); vitamin K2 (MK-7) 50 µg (67% NRV); vitamin E 12 mg (100% NRV).

Ingredients: fish oil, gelatin, glycerol, water, D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, cholecalciferol, menaquinone-7, colour (caramel).

Allergens: contains fish.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day after a meal with plenty of water. Consider a 25(OH)D blood test before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Advarsler

For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication (especially blood thinners) or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
