OstroVit Magnesium Citrate 400 mg + B6 combines magnesium in the form of magnesium citrate with vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P-5-P), its active form.
- Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser
Per 3 tablets: magnesium 400 mg (107% NRV); vitamin B6 6 mg (429% NRV).
Other ingredients: magnesium citrate, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, silicon dioxide, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.
Anvendelse
Adults: 3 tablets a day with water, before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. High magnesium intake from supplements may have a laxative effect.
