Per 12 g: creatine monohydrate 3400 mg (creatine 3000 mg); L-citrulline 2400 mg; L-arginine 620 mg; N-acetyl-L-tyrosine 250 mg (L-tyrosine 203 mg); Rhodiola rosea extract 150 mg; Bacopa monnieri extract 150 mg; caffeine 150 mg; Schisandra extract 75 mg; taurine 1000 mg; beta-alanine 500 mg.

Ingredients: creatine monohydrate, L-citrulline, L-arginine hydrochloride, taurine, acidity regulator citric acid, flavourings, beta-alanine, thickener gum arabic, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, Rhodiola rosea root extract, Bacopa monnieri herb extract, caffeine, sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose, emulsifiers soy lecithin and polysorbate 80, Schisandra chinensis fruit extract, colours depending on flavour.

Allergens: soy. Manufactured on a site that also handles milk, egg, soy, nuts, peanuts, gluten-containing cereals, fish, crustaceans and molluscs.

Adults: 1 serving (12 g = 1 scoop) in 250 ml of water, 30–60 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not combine with other sources of caffeine; do not exceed 400 mg of caffeine a day from all sources. Not suitable for people with heart or blood pressure conditions or sensitive to caffeine.
