NOW Foods Vitamin D3 5000 IU is a high-potency softgel with vitamin D3 dissolved in extra virgin olive oil and safflower oil, which helps absorption of this fat-soluble vitamin.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function, and to the normal function of the immune system.

This is a high dose, intended for adults – ideally after checking your vitamin D level with a doctor.

Ingredienser

Per softgel: vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol, from lanolin) 125 mcg (5,000 IU).

Other ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), safflower oil.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 softgel a day with a meal containing fat, or as advised by your doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
