NOW Foods Vitamin D3 400 IU is a low-dose softgel – handy for fine-tuning your intake, one or two a day. The vitamin D3 is dissolved in extra virgin olive oil and safflower oil, which helps absorption.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function, and to the normal function of the immune system.

10 mcg (400 IU) vitamin D3 per softgel

Ingredienser

Per softgel: vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol, from lanolin) 10 mcg (400 IU).

Other ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), safflower oil.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 softgel once or twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
