NOW Foods Vitamin D3 1000 IU delivers an everyday dose of vitamin D3 in a small softgel with extra virgin olive oil and safflower oil, which helps absorption of this fat-soluble vitamin.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function, and to the normal function of the immune system. The skin makes vitamin D in sunlight, but few foods contain much of it.

Ingredienser

Per softgel: vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol, from lanolin) 25 mcg (1,000 IU).

Other ingredients: extra virgin olive oil, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water), safflower oil.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 softgel a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
