NOW Foods Vitamin D3 Chewables are a tasty way to get vitamin D – a fruit-flavoured tablet to chew, suitable for adults and children aged 4 and over. The body makes vitamin D in the skin with sunlight, but few foods contain much of it, so supplements are common in the darker months.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function, and to the normal function of the immune system.

25 mcg (1,000 IU) vitamin D3 per chewable tablet
Sweetened with xylitol and sorbitol

Ingredienser

Per chewable tablet: vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol) 25 mcg (1,000 IU).

Other ingredients: xylitol, sorbitol, hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, natural flavours, beet powder, modified starch, stearic acid (vegetable source), ascorbyl palmitate, maltodextrin, citric acid, silicon dioxide.

Anvendelse

Adults and children aged 4 and over: chew 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Advarsler

Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Contains xylitol, which is toxic to dogs and other pets. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
