NOW Foods Sleep combines valerian root (0.1% valerenic acids) – a herb traditionally used in Europe to aid relaxation – with 5-HTP from Griffonia seed and GABA. Take one capsule an hour before bedtime.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: valerian root (Valeriana officinalis; min. 0.1% valerenic acids) 300 mg; 5-HTP (from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract) 100 mg; GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid).

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule one hour before bedtime, as needed. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Advarsler

Do not drive or operate machinery after taking. Do not combine with alcohol, sedatives or tranquillisers. For adults only. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Contains 5-HTP – do not use with antidepressants or other serotonin-affecting medication without consulting a doctor. May cause mild, temporary digestive symptoms; take with food if this occurs.
