Beskrivelse

NOW Foods Mega D3 & MK-7 combines a high dose of vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 as MenaQ7® MK-7 – a soy-free, long-acting form of K2. The two vitamins work together in calcium metabolism. Because of the high vitamin D dose it is intended for adults whose need has been confirmed, e.g. by a blood test.

Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium, to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Available in 60 and 120 capsule packs

Ingredienser

Per capsule: vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol) 125 µg (5,000 IU); vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7, MenaQ7®) 180 µg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), modified starch, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal containing fat. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Advarsler

For adults only. High-dose vitamin D – use on the advice of a doctor or pharmacist and do not combine with other vitamin D supplements. People taking anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin, acenocoumarol, heparin), thiazide diuretics or psoriasis medication, or with high blood calcium, kidney disease or hyperparathyroidism must consult a doctor. Stop use two weeks before planned surgery. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
