NOW Foods Magnesium Oxide Powder is pure magnesium oxide – one of the most concentrated sources of magnesium – with nothing added.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Always dissolve in at least 180 ml of cold water – the powder warms up on contact with liquid.

Anvendelse
Adults: stir ¼ level teaspoon into at least 180 ml of cold water or another clear cold drink; take once a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Must be dissolved in at least 180 ml of cold liquid before drinking – the powder releases heat on contact with liquid. Do not inhale the powder and avoid contact with skin and eyes. For adults only.
