NOW Foods Magnesium Citrate Pure Powder is fully reacted magnesium citrate with nothing added – an economical way to take magnesium and easy to add to smoothies or juice once dissolved.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Always dissolve in at least 240 ml of cold water – the powder warms up on contact with liquid.

Anvendelse
Adults: slowly stir 1 level teaspoon into at least 240 ml of cold water or another clear cold drink until fully dissolved; take once a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Must be dissolved in at least 240 ml of cold liquid before drinking – the powder releases heat on contact with liquid. Do not inhale the powder and avoid contact with skin and eyes. For adults only.
