NOW Foods Holy Basil contains an extract of tulsi leaves (Ocimum tenuiflorum) standardised to 2% ursolic acid. Holy basil is considered a sacred plant in Ayurveda, the traditional system of India, and is classed as an adaptogen – a herb traditionally used to help the body cope with everyday stress.

Ingredienser
Per capsule: holy basil leaf extract (tulsi, Ocimum tenuiflorum, min. 2% ursolic acid) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule once or twice a day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
