NOW Foods Co-Enzyme B-Complex provides B vitamins in their active, "coenzyme" forms – such as methylcobalamin and dibencozide (B-12), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (B-6), riboflavin-5-phosphate, cocarboxylase (B-1), NAD and Quatrefolic® methylfolate – which the body can use without first converting them. Alpha lipoic acid, CoQ10, betaine, PABA, inositol and pantethine complete the formula.

B vitamins contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Per 2 capsules: thiamin 50 mg; riboflavin 50 mg; niacin 100 mg; vitamin B-6 50 mg; folate 680 µg DFE (400 µg (6S)-5-MTHF); vitamin B-12 (methylcobalamin, dibencozide) 250 µg; biotin 1,000 µg; pantothenic acid 50 mg; vitamin C (magnesium ascorbate) 60 mg; choline 25 mg; betaine 50 mg; alpha lipoic acid; PABA 25 mg; inositol 30 mg; coenzyme Q10 10 mg; pantethine.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, calcium silicate.
Anvendelse
Adults: 2 capsules a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Biotin may interfere with some laboratory test results. High-dose niacin may cause temporary skin flushing.
