Per 14 g scoop: L-citrulline 4000 mg; beta-alanine 3200 mg; taurine 2000 mg; L-tyrosine 1000 mg; choline bitartrate (VitaCholine®) 600 mg; caffeine 350 mg; walnut (Juglans) whole fruit 300 mg; cacao extract (20% theobromine) 150 mg; black pepper fruit extract (BioPerine®) 5 mg.

Ingredients: L-citrulline, beta-alanine, taurine, acids (malic acid, citric acid), L-tyrosine, choline bitartrate, flavouring, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), caffeine, walnut whole fruit, cacao extract, sweetener (sucralose), black pepper extract, colours (E102, E133 – vary by flavour).

Allergens: walnut (nuts). Produced in a facility that also handles nuts, milk, gluten, egg, soya, shellfish and peanuts.

Adults: 1 slightly heaped scoop (14 g) mixed with 200–250 ml of cold water, 15–20 minutes before exercise. Never take more than 1 scoop in 24 hours; start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

High caffeine content (350 mg per serving). Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or persons sensitive to caffeine. Do not combine with other caffeine-containing products. For adults only. A single serving exceeds the 200 mg of caffeine considered safe as a single dose by EFSA. Not suitable for people with heart or blood pressure problems. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless tingling sensation. Colours E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Keep out of reach of young children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
