Nature's Answer Ashwagandha is a liquid extract of ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera), with each 2 ml serving (about 56 drops) providing 2000 mg of herb (1:1 dry herb equivalent). Nature's Answer alcohol-free extracts are made with the company's cold Bio-Chelated® process, which extracts the plant in purified water and vegetable glycerin without alcohol or heat, aiming to keep the full spectrum of the plant's constituents. The extract has a mildly sweet taste from glycerin and contains no added sugar. Ashwagandha is a root valued in Ayurveda, where it is classed as a rasayana (rejuvenating herb).

Ingredienser

Anvendelse

Adults: 2 ml (about 56 drops) in a little water or juice, 1–3 times a day. Shake well before use; refrigerate after opening. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
