Natrol Sleep & Restore Melatonin Free is an evening capsule without melatonin, combining 100 mg of GABA, 100 mg of magnesium (glycinate), 10 mg of vitamin B6 and a botanical blend of tart cherry, lemon balm and chamomile extracts.

Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredienser

Per 2 capsules: vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 10 mg (714% NRV); magnesium (glycinate) 100 mg (27% NRV); GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) 100 mg; botanical blend 25 mg (tart cherry fruit extract (Prunus cerasus), lemon balm aerial parts extract (Melissa officinalis), chamomile flower extract (Matricaria chamomilla)).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hypromellose), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Anvendelse

Adults: 2 capsules 20–30 minutes before bedtime with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
