Life Extension Specially-Coated Bromelain provides 500 mg of bromelain – a mixture of protein-digesting enzymes from pineapple stem (Ananas comosus) – in an enteric-coated tablet that protects it from stomach acid so it is released in the intestine rather than acting on food in the stomach.

Ingredienser
Per tablet: calcium (as calcium carbonate) 75 mg (9% NRV); bromelain proteolytic enzyme extract from pineapple stem (2400 GDU/g) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, enteric coating (methacrylic acid copolymer, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, propylene glycol), croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silica, vegetable stearate.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 tablet 1–2 times a day on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. Do not use if you are allergic to pineapple. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication (especially blood thinners or antibiotics), have a bleeding disorder or stomach ulcers. Stop use 2 weeks before surgery. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
