Jarrow Formulas Magnesium Taurate provides magnesium bound to taurine – a sulphur-containing amino acid found in meat, fish and seafood – together with vitamin B6.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and electrolyte balance.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the regulation of hormonal activity.
Vegan, free from major allergens

Ingredienser

Per 3 capsules: magnesium (as magnesium taurate) 300 mg (80% NRV); vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 20 mg (1429% NRV).

Other ingredients: capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).

Anvendelse

Adults: 3 capsules once a day with a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Advarsler

For adults only. The daily dose provides 20 mg of vitamin B6 – above the 12 mg a day considered safe by EFSA for long-term use; long-term intake of high doses of vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage (tingling, numbness) – stop use if this occurs, and do not combine with other B6 supplements. It also provides 300 mg of magnesium, above the 250 mg of supplemental magnesium considered safe by EFSA; it may have a laxative effect. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, particularly kidney disease. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
