Jarrow Formulas Magnesium Glycinate provides magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine (bisglycinate chelate) – a well-absorbed form that is generally gentle on the stomach.
- Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function and electrolyte balance.

Ingredienser
Per 3 capsules: magnesium (as magnesium glycinate) 360 mg (96% NRV).
Other ingredients: capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).
Anvendelse
Adults: 3 capsules once a day with a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. The daily dose provides 360 mg of magnesium, above the 250 mg of supplemental magnesium considered safe by EFSA; it may have a laxative effect – consider starting with 1–2 capsules. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or other magnesium products, or have a medical condition, particularly kidney disease. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
