Jarrow Formulas MagMind® provides Magtein® – a patented form of magnesium bound to L-threonate, a metabolite of vitamin C. Magnesium L-threonate was developed by researchers at MIT and is being studied for its ability to raise magnesium levels in the brain. The daily dose is split: two capsules during the day and one an hour before bed.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.

Ingredienser

Per 3 capsules: magnesium L-threonate (Magtein®) 2000 mg, providing magnesium 144 mg (38% NRV).

Other ingredients: magnesium stearate (vegetable source), capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide.

Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).

Anvendelse

Adults: 3 capsules a day with water – 2 capsules during the day and 1 capsule one hour before bedtime, with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Advarsler

For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or other magnesium supplements, or have a medical condition, particularly kidney disease. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
