Jarrow Formulas Inositol provides 750 mg of myo-inositol per capsule. Inositol is a carbocyclic sugar alcohol produced by the body from glucose and found in fruits (especially citrus), beans, grains and nuts; it is a structural component of cell membrane phospholipids (phosphatidylinositol).

Ingredienser
Per capsule: inositol 750 mg.
Other ingredients: capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose.
Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
