Jarrow Formulas Ashwagandha provides 300 mg of KSM-66® – a full-spectrum extract made only from the root of ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), produced without alcohol or chemical solvents. Ashwagandha is one of the best-known herbs of Indian Ayurvedic tradition, where it is classed as a rasayana (rejuvenating) herb.

Ingredienser
Per capsule: ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera, KSM-66®) 300 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Allergens: none of the major allergens (free from wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts and sesame).
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a thyroid, liver or autoimmune condition. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication (especially thyroid, sedative, immunosuppressant or blood glucose medication) or have a medical condition. Stop use and seek medical advice if symptoms such as jaundice, dark urine or abdominal pain appear. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
