Holland & Barrett Vitamin D 10 µg provides 400 IU of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) – the amount commonly recommended as a daily supplement, especially during autumn and winter when sunlight is too weak for the skin to make enough vitamin D.
- Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
- Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and to the normal function of the immune system.
Ingredienser
Per serving: vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 10 µg / 400 IU (200% NRV).
Other ingredients: see pack (typically sunflower seed oil or bulking agent, capsule/tablet shell, vitamin D3).
Allergens: none.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
