Holland & Barrett Max Strength Zinc provides 25 mg of zinc as zinc gluconate in one daily tablet. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails and vision.
Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.

Ingredienser

Per tablet: zinc 25 mg (250% NRV).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate, zinc gluconate, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, glycerol.

Allergens: none.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not combine with other zinc supplements (the EFSA upper level is 25 mg/day from all sources). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Advarsler

For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Long-term high zinc intake can reduce copper absorption.
