Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredienser

Per 2 tablets: magnesium (as citrate) 400 mg (107% NRV).

Other ingredients: magnesium citrate, microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Allergens: none.

Anvendelse

Adults: 2 tablets a day with food and a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
