Holland & Barrett High Strength Chelated Zinc + Copper provides zinc (gluconate) together with copper bisglycinate – copper is included because long-term zinc intake can reduce copper absorption.

Ingredienser
Per tablet: zinc 15 mg (150% NRV), copper 0.75 mg (75% NRV).
Other ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, zinc gluconate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, copper bisglycinate.
Allergens: none.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
