Ingredients: carbohydrate matrix (dextrose, maltodextrin, fructose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium phosphates), Tribulus terrestris fruit extract (40% saponins), beta-alanine, Citrus aurantium fruit powder, maca (Lepidium meyenii) powder, D-aspartic acid, Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root extract, wild yam (Dioscorea opposita) tuber extract (16% diosgenin), flavouring, zinc citrate, alfalfa (Medicago sativa) grass powder, sweetener (sucralose), nicotinamide, colours (Ponceau 4R, indigo carmine), pyridoxine. Per serving: energy approx. 24 kcal; carbohydrate approx. 6 g, of which sugars 4.7 g; caffeine 40 mg. Exact amounts per active ingredient: see the product label.

Allergens: none declared; made in a facility that also handles milk, soy, egg and nuts. Ponceau 4R: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Men: mix 1 scoop with 250 ml of water and drink once a day between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
